REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy Statement

At Undergrowth LLC, we strive to provide high-quality artisan goods, floral products, and creative workshop experiences. Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of many of our items, all sales are subject to the policies outlined below.

By making a purchase from Undergrowth LLC, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Artisan Goods & Retail Items

Returns

Non-perishable retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition

  • Item is in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Undergrowth LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or commissioned items

  • Personalized goods

  • Gift boxes assembled to order

  • Perishable items (see Floral section below)

  • Sale or clearance merchandise

3. Floral Products (Fresh & Dried)

Due to the perishable nature of fresh floral arrangements:

  • All fresh flower sales are final.
     

  • If an arrangement arrives damaged or is defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic documentation.
     

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • Replacement
     

  • Store credit
     

Dried florals and wreaths may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

4. Workshops & Classes

Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel:

  • 7 or more days before the class: Full refund or store credit

  • 3–6 days before the class: Store credit only

  • Less than 72 hours before class: No refund

Because materials are prepared in advance, last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
No-Shows
No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
Cancellation by Undergrowth
If Undergrowth LLC cancels a workshop due to:

  • Weather

  • Instructor illness

  • Low enrollment

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Participants will receive:

  • Full refund, or

  • Option to reschedule

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash (except as required by Massachusetts law)

  • Valid for goods and workshops

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Gift cards are governed by Massachusetts consumer protection laws.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for eligible retail items within the return window, subject to inventory availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receipt

  • Provide photos and order details

We will evaluate and determine appropriate remedy (replacement or store credit).

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 5–10 business days

Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. Store Credit

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Must be used within 12 months of issuance

10. Policy Modifications

Undergrowth LLC reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
