We ship through third-party carriers (such as USPS or UPS). Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Undergrowth LLC is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Undergrowth LLC is not responsible for carrier delays. If your shipment appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
In-Store Pickup
If local pickup is selected, you will receive notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 14 days unless otherwise arranged.
